Experience and Skills

- 5+ years of project management experience in high-end residential remodeling and/or custom homes

- Strong knowledge of residential construction sequences, California building code, inspection processes, and trade coordination

- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and change orders with clean documentation

- Experience working in occupied homes and managing homeowner relationships throughout construction

- Proficiency with construction project management software (JobTread experience is a plus; CompanyCam, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)

- Excellent written documentation skills—emails, daily logs, meeting notes, change orders

- Comfortable leading meetings with homeowners, designers, engineers, and subcontractors

- Familiarity with Silicon Valley jurisdictions and permitting processes is a strong plus

Based in the South Bay / Silicon Valley area with daily travel to jobsites across San Jose, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Atherton, and surrounding communities. This is not a remote position—our work happens on the jobsite and in homeowners’ living rooms.
